Hannah Project
The Hannah Project, scheduled to begin in Spring 2006, includes the construction of ten new housing units affordable to women-headed working families. This project consists of five white clapboard duplex structures featuring deep front porches and standing seam metal roofs that are a contemporary adaptation of the typical shotgun/bungalow architecture of Third Ward. The land for the project has already been purchased with funding from the Houston Endowment.

Rehabilitation / Rent-to-Own
Row House CDC will acquire, renovate, and rent (affordably) up to 38 rental units. These units will offer rents affordable to families earning approximately half of Harris County median income.

Duplex Project
Directly behind Project Row Houses campus on Holman street, lies the first housing development of Row House CDC. These homes were built by Eastern Design Home Builders, Inc, along Third Ward's historic Division Street.
