Directly behind Project Row Houses campus on Holman street, lies the first housing development of Row House Community Development Corporation. These homes were built by Eastern Design Home Builders, Inc, along Third Ward's historic Division Street.
The Row House Duplex Project consists of four duplexes, encompassing eight rental units. They were designed by architecture students at Rice University’s Rice Building Workshop, under the auspices of Professor Danny Samuels and Nonya Grenader, FAIA, directors of the program. Samuels and Grenader were awarded FAIA status for their work onsite.
