Row House CDC will acquire, renovate, and rent (affordably) up to 38 rental units. These units will offer rents affordable to families earning approximately half of the Harris County median income. Typically, two units per lot will be acquired and redeveloped. Again, a variety of construction cost subsidies will be sought to underwrite the rents paid by low income working families.
