Designed to Preserve the Community’s Historic Character

Uniquely guided by both the practicality of the needs of low-income residents and the desire to complement the architectural structures currently existing in the community, Row House CDC ventures to build low-income housing that consists of good and relevant architecture that is not only well designed, but also makes sense to preserve the community’s historic character. Therefore, our duplexes feature deep front porches and standing seam metal roofs

about row house cdc

We are a Vibrant Community

Row House CDC believes that a diverse economic base is necessary for a vibrant community; therefore, we are not anti-development nor do we demonize gentrification. Our focus is to promote equal opportunity to live in Northern Third Ward, including low-to-moderate-income residents.
This is the population that is most immediately impacted by the growing trend of gentrification that is encroaching upon the neighborhood.

Uniquely guided by the practical needs of a community.
